BTECH has announced today the release of the Nagoya UT-72G, a dual-band magnet mount antenna with over 3.5 dBi of gain and measures 20 inches. The UT-72G is specifically designed for GMRS use. The Nagoya UT-72G comes equipped with the UT-72G antenna, SMA female adapter, SMA male adapter, and uses a standard UHF (PL-259) connector. The SMA female adapter allows the antenna to be compatible with BTECH radios such as the GMRS-V1. The SMA male adapter can be used for compatibility with other brands of GMRS radio including Baofeng, Radioddity, and Retevis. The UHF connector allows for the Nagoya UT-72G to work with base and mobile GMRS Radios, most notably our GMRS-50X1.
