This page lists official GMRS-50PRO radio firmware releases in reverse chronological order.<\/em><\/h3>\n

Update tip: After flashing, if the screen does not power back on: unplug the radio from power \u2192 <\/b>Press and hold the Menu button<\/strong> (the top left white button) \u2192 <\/b>While holding the Menu button, reconnect power and turn the radio on (after releasing the reset will take about 1 minute). This will reflash the display firmware and restore normal operation.<\/p>\n

Best practice: After major updates, back up your channels, then perform a\u00a0Factory Reset<\/strong>\u00a0and re-sync using the\u00a0BTECH GMRS Programmer<\/strong>\u00a0app.<\/p>\n
