Returns, Warranty, and Refunds Policy

How to Return an Item

  • Eligibility: Items purchased from or our Amazon storefront are returnable within 30 days of receipt in most cases.
  • Return Process: Initiate your return by completing our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, accessible on our website. Detailed instructions on completing the form and the address for returning items will be provided.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a sellable condition.
  • Refunds: We process refunds within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Restocking fees and return shipping costs are deducted, unless the return is due to a BTECH error.

Restocking Fee

  • Amount: A restocking fee of $5 or 15% of the item’s price (whichever is greater) applies. This fee covers costs related to original shipping, packaging, and product inspection.
  • Exceptions: No restocking fee for returns due to BTECH’s error.

Lost or Non-Receipt Items

  • Tracking and Notification: Monitor your provided tracking information and notify BTECH within 45 days of non-receipt based on the latest update.

International and Domestic Delivery

  • Customs and Duties: Customers bear responsibility for any import tariffs, customs duties, or additional charges by their respective countries.

Warranty and Repairs

  • Coverage: One-Year Limited Warranty on products, and a 90-day warranty on accessories and parts.
  • RMA Process: Submit warranty service requests via our Product Repair RMA system, valid for 30 days post-issuance.
  • Shipping Costs and Options: Customer covers shipping to our RMA Center. Standard return shipping after repair is covered by us. Expedited return shipping available at an additional cost.
  • Warranty Limitations: Warranty void in cases of tampering, modification, or misuse. Include only the faulty item in your return.

  • Process: In the event of a dispute related to returns, refunds, or warranty claims, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team to seek a resolution. Use the Subject Line: “Dispute Process” to start a new dispute.
