- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund.
1.2 Return Process
- RMA Form: To initiate a return, complete our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, accessible on our website. You will then receive an RMA number, which we will review to determine eligibility.
- Approval & Instructions: If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the address to which you should send the item(s).
- Packaging: Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Any products damaged due to inadequate packaging may result in a reduction of your refund.
1.3 Refund Processing
- Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Deductions: If the return is not due to a BTECH error, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee (see Section 2) may apply.
2. Restocking Fee
2.1 Amount
A restocking fee of $5 or 15% of the item’s price (whichever is greater) applies to cover costs related to initial shipping, packaging, and product inspection.
2.2 Exceptions
- No restocking fee will be charged for returns due to an error on BTECH’s part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or product defects).
3. Lost or Non-Receipt Items
- Tracking Information: It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided at the time of shipment.
- Notification: In case your order is not received, please contact BTECH within 45 days of the last tracking update. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
4. International and Domestic Delivery

Customers are responsible for any import tariffs, customs duties, or additional charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These fees vary by location and are not included in our shipping or product costs.
5. Warranty and Repairs
5.1 Coverage
- Product Warranty: Our products come with a One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
5.2 RMA Process

Packaging & Shipping: Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for shipping the product to our RMA Center. Standard ground return shipping (after repair) is covered by BTECH; expedited return shipping is available at an additional cost.

5.3 Warranty Limitations
- The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, modified, misused, or damaged due to improper handling or storage.
- Only the faulty item should be returned, unless otherwise instructed.
