Your Warranty Coverage

  • All BaoFeng Radios and Accessories are covered by a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.

Steps for Requesting a Product Repair or Return

  1. Proof of Purchase: Retain a copy of your original purchase receipt.
  2. Purchase Verification: Ensure the receipt indicates "Sold by BaoFeng Tech". We process claims only for items purchased through our official storefronts.
  3. Submit an RMA Request: Use the form on this page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for either repair or return.
  4. RMA Validity: An RMA is valid for 30 days from its issue date.
