BaoFengTech.com (the “Website”) is operated by B-TECH Distribution Inc. (“BTECH,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional rules or policies linked from the applicable service.

4. Products, orders and lawful radio operation
Product availability, prices, promotions, delivery estimates and specifications may change. An order is subject to acceptance, payment authorization, inventory and fraud review. We may correct errors or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Returns, refunds, warranties and shipping are governed by the Returns, Warranty and Refunds Policy and any terms displayed during checkout.
Radio services, frequencies, power levels, licensing, equipment authorization and operating rules vary by jurisdiction and use case. Product ownership does not itself authorize every transmission. The operator is responsible for lawful configuration and operation.
