Understanding Account Deletion

When you delete your BTECH Radios account, be aware of the following:

• Data and Content Loss: You will lose all data and content in your account. This includes any network intercom channels you have created and network channels you have joined.
• Restoration Period: You can restore your account and its data for a certain period after deletion. If this period lapses, your data will be permanently removed from our server and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your BTECH Radios account, follow these steps:

1. Log In: Sign into your account using the BTECH GMRS Programmer.
2. Access Account Information:
   • In Simple Mode: This option is available directly on the software’s home page.
   • In Standard Mode: On the home page, click the button in the upper-left corner to open the sidebar. Then, click on your avatar.
3. Initiate Deletion: Click on the “Delete Account” button.
4. Confirm Deletion: In the prompt dialog box, choose “I confirm that I want to delete” and then click “OK”.
