This QHM07 is the premium two-way surveillance earpiece kit for which you’ve been looking! Compared to other earpiece kits the QHM07 was built for the most demanding users. The QHM07 uses premium microphone and earpiece parts that are made in South Korea. To also ensure secure placement, the acoustic coil securely rotates and locks into the earpiece kit (to prevent from being easily pulled off) - most earpiece kits only use a friction-only secured acoustic coil.

5 star performance But no directions!!!!! was about to send it back until I decided to really twist the earbud coonector.
The connector wouldn’t stay inserted. I looked at it and noticed that it maybe needed turning. I figured not much to lose so I really torqued it and “guess what?” it snapped in. A little set up uide would solve the problems…. How to use ear mold etc. etc.
