V1.01j Update Highlights
This firmware release comes loaded with enhancements:
- ARC4 Encryption Support: With the addition of ARC4 encryption, you can rest assured about the security of your communications.
- NOAA Weather Menus in Software: Access NOAA weather updates directly through the device’s software menus, ensuring you stay updated with the latest weather conditions.
- Improved APRS Reception and Transmitting: Get ready for an enhanced APRS reception and transmitting experience. Please note that an APRS+BT Firmware Update is required to enable this feature.
- Minor Typos and Corrections: We’ve fixed various minor text issues across the software for improved readability.
- APRS Data Download Improvements: With the V1.01j update, APRS data downloads are faster and more reliable, ensuring a smoother overall experience.
- Firmware Solidification, Bug Fixes, and More: Additionally, we’ve carried out multiple minor bug fixes and solidified the firmware. The 1.01J Software Package now includes additional user guides, and revised CPS explanations and procedures are now part of the application.
